Avenal's Jose Ramirez set to return to Fresno with Golden Boy Promotions April 27th

One of the newest members on the Golden Boy Promotions roster, Jose Ramirez out of Avenal, Ca. Will be back in action at the Save Mart Center in Fresno on Saturday, April 27th 2024.

No opponent has officially been named, but it is being reported that the two names as possibilities are. (17-3-1) Sergey Lipinets and (30-2-1) Rances Barthelemy. The former WBC and WBO champ, (28-1) Jose Ramirez last competed in March of 2023. 

Also expected to compete on the April 27th Golden Boy Promotions card, is undefeated WBA Gold Welterweight Champion (20-0) Vergil Ortiz Jr. Ortiz Jr. out of Texas, has won all of his fights by tko or ko and has yet to go past the ninth round as a pro.

Thursday April 4th, 2024 Golden Boy Fight Night on DAZN goes down from the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Ca.

On 4/20 Saturday April 20th, 2024. Golden Boy Promotions makes its way to Brooklyn, NY for Haney vs Garcia at the Barclays Center.
