Torres vs Simpson looking to steal the show at BDBKB 5 "Spring Break Brawl" April 18th at The Mono Wind Casino

Eras will clash in a bare knuckle boxing bout between two better known Central Valley fighters. Who have made names for themselves throughout the years in combat sports.

For Anthony “Eskeleto” Torres, his name may sound familiar if you’ve been a longtime fan of 559 Fights. Torres went on a terror as an amateur MMA fighter going 9-2 while capturing the 559 Fights Bantamweight championship in 2014. Torres went on a five fight win streak to finish off his amateur MMA run and also added Cung Le’s Born to Fight Bantamweight title to his collection as well. Torres went on to the pros where he competed for Tachi Palace Fights and the RFA and also competed as a pro in boxing before hanging up the gloves. As BDBKB ring announcer Andre Covington likes to say, “No Gloves? No problem!”. The arrival of Big Dawg Bare Knuckle Boxing gave Torres the opportunity to compete on the promotions second card in 2025 which took place in the Central Valley.

Torres takes on another 559 Fights veteran in Fresno’s Josh “ComeUp Kid” Simpson. Who went 9-4 as an amateur and won an amateur title in Bakersfield in 2023. Simpson is currently 2-1 as a pro in MMA and started his career on fire, picking up back to back wins versus some tough opponents on the regional MMA scene. The two will now meet in a bare knuckle showdown that many are considering the main event for the Central Valley. When Anthony "Eskeleto" Torres takes on Josh "ComeUp Kid" Simpson at Big Dawg Bare Knuckle Boxing 5 "Spring Break Brawl", April 18th 2026 from the Mono Wind Casino in Auberry, California.

Big Dawg Bare Knuckle Boxing 5 “Spring Break Brawl” will also crown an inaugural heavyweight champion in the main event of the night. When Carter Williams takes on Kelvin Fitial. Williams is a decorated striker and a K1 veteran who made his bare knuckle boxing debut at BDBKB 2 where he defeated Mike Cook. Fitial is an MMA veteran with over thirty five fights worth of experience. Fitial last saw action at BDBKB 1 where he picked up a win versus Brandon Cash.
