Torres wins 559 Fights and CAMO State titles at 559 Fights 95: 559 Fights 95 Results

The Visalia Convention Center was jam packed for 559 Fights 95 Friday night March 10th, 2023 in Visalia, Ca. Another great night of MMA action with two title fights headlining the card.

In the main event (5-1) Javier Torrez took on Porterville's Brian Benevidez for the 559 Fights and CAMO State bantamweight titles.

Benevidez came out swinging looking to hurt Torrez early in the fight. Benevidez pressured Torrez along the cage and took the fight to the ground where he looked to land some punches, working from the top in round 1. Torrez remained calm going into round two, and as Benevidez completes a takedown. Torrez locks in a tight guillotine choke that forced the tap and ended the fight in round 2. Javier Torrez is now your 559 Fights and CAMO State Bantamweight Champion.

In the co main event (2-1) Madera's Roman Guillen and Fresno's (2-1) Michael Ramirez went to war for the vacant 559 Fights welterweight title. After three rounds of action, the judges scored the fight (28-28, 29-28, 29-28) a split decision for Roman Guillen making him the new 559 Fights Welterweight champion.

Francisco Hurtado defeats Gerorge Torrez by tko, Hurtado hurt Torrez a over hand right, then followed up with  a flurry of shots that were un answered along the cage. Referee stepped in to stop the fight in round 2.

Daniel Estrada defeats Brandon Betancourt by unanimous decision, all three judges scored the fight (29-28).

Chris Do defeats Joshua Simpson by unanimous decision after three rounds.

Dorian Hale defeats Gabriel Rocha by submission with a rear naked choke that ended the fight in round 2.

Adrian Reyes defeats Juan Padilla by split decsion after three rounds. Judges scored the fight (29-28,28-29, 29-28).

Fabian Maldonado defeats Murphy Sean by split decision, judges scored the fight (29-28, 29-28,30-27) after three rounds.

Marc Bibiano defeats Damian Cruz by submission with a rear naked choke in round 2 that forced the tap.

Julio Lavarre defeats Giovanni Ruiz by unanimous decision
