Torrez Jr. will be taking on (11-3-2) Willie Jake Jr. who he was scheduled to fight earlier this year in Fresno. The fight was put on hold after Torrez suffered a torn oblique during training. With Torrez fully recovered, the two will finally meet August 12th.
Torrez is currently undefeated at 5-0 and recorded a highlight knockout in his last fight, dropping James Bryant with a vicious uppercut that made its rounds in the sports world highlights.
