Dethrone MMA's Christian Avalos and Chris Paez sit down with MLH Media prior to A1 Combat 21

It is fight week in the Central Valley! 559 Fights along with Urijah Faber's A1 Combat are set to host their second two day MMA event from the Visalia Convention Center. Aside from UFC Hall of Famer Urijah Faber headlining A1 Combat 21. Fresno's Dethrone MMA will take the spotlight when Parlier's Christian "The Land Shark" Avalos defends his A1 Combat lightweight title.

 The 2-Day event kicks off Friday night May 24th with 559 Fights 105 followed by A1 Combat 21 on Saturday May 25th. "The Land Shark" has competed for both organizations and is a former 559 Fights and CAMO state champion as an amateur. Now 4-1 as a pro with one of the more prestigious regional titles in the industry, Avalos has become a prime example of how to do things the right way, from the amateurs to pros. Following Avalos footsteps while making a mark of his own is Chris Paez. Also out of Dethrone MMA, also a former 559 Fights and CAMO State champ, and will be making his pro debut at A1 Combat 21.

Christian Avalos will be defending his title versus (5-2) Justin Cornell in the co main event while Chris Paez takes on (0-1) Martine Sandoval on the undercard. Both fighters sat down with Michael Hernandez of MLH Media to discuss their upcoming fights and more.
