The main event of the night saw the return of MMA veteran
Bryan “The Bull” Travers who came out of retirement to compete for the TPF Light
Heavyweight title. Travers took on Gabriel Pacheco Dulce in a fight that got
very bloody. Both fighters had their moments, but it was Dulce who caused
enough damage to force an end to the fight towards the end of the final round. Travers
could no longer continue bringing a halt to the fight at 3:50 in round 3.
Gabriel Pacheco Dulce is now the new TPF Light Heavyweight Champion, While Travers
announced his official retirement from the spot. Bringing and end to a great
career.
The co main event saw up and coming Pedro Trujillo out of
Bakersfield move to 3-1 as a pro in impressive fashion. Trujillo locked in a
rear naked choke that forced the tap at 4:36 in round 1 versus Aaron Klinghardt.
Visalia’s Jenna “The Gem” Creason moved to 2-0 in her young
MMA career. Creason went the distance with a tough Claudia Villalobos. The
judges scoring the fight a unanimous decision for Creason following three
rounds of action.
Ysidro Gutierrez and Israel Delgado ends in a no contest
after an illegal knee to a grounded opponent ended the fight at 4:52 in round 1.
Israel Lua defeats Octavio Gonzales by tko at 1:40 in round
2.
Josh Simpson defeats Manthan Rane by tko at 2:06 in round 2.
Amin Almelik defeats Rafael Jimenez by tko at :52 seconds in
round 1.
