559 Fights 101 Results

559 Fights was back at it Saturday night November 18th 2023, from the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, Ca. Another packed house for 559 Fights 101 which was headlined by a couple of CAMO State Champions meeting for the CAMO and 559 Fights 155 pound crown.

In the main event of the night 559 Fights lightweight champion (6-0) Blake "The Snake" Decourcy put his titles on the line versus former CAMO State Featherweight Champion (8-1) Ramon Cornejo out of Tracy. The CAMO State lightweight title would also be on the line. Decourcy was able to land some nice punches that hurt Cornejo. The fight would hit the mat in round two where Decourcy would find the choke that ended the fight at 1:44 in round 2. Blake Decourcy moves to 7-0  as a amateur and takes home the CAMO State and 559 Fights lightweight titles.

In the co main event Clovis's Chris Paez stopped Mark Hernandez by tko in round 1. Paez got the fight to the ground where he moved to full mount and landed some hard punches until the ref stepped in to stop the fight at just  :34 seconds into the first round.

Porterville's Brian Benavidez evened the score in his rematch with former 559 Fights champ Javier Torres.  After going all three rounds, Judges scored it a unanimous decision for Benavidez.

Visalia's Tyler Saelee moves to 3-0 after picking up a decision win over a tough Michael Ramirez. After three rounds of action judges scored the fight (28-29) a unanimous decision for Saelee.

Saifulla Dashlakaev defeats Dorian Hale by unanimous decision after going the distance.

Abraham Del Toro defeats Gino Gonzales by tko at 1:32 in round 3.

Arturo Perez defeats Abraham Tellez  by submission, locking in a rear naked choke that forced the tap at 1:35 in round 1. Perez moves to 4-0.

Ochoa Combat Academy's Ronnie Reyes moves to 3-0 after defeating Zachariah Bourassa by unanimous decision after 3 rounds.

Marc Bibiano and Daniel Cera goes the distance. After three rounds, judges scored the fight unanimous decision for Marc Bibiano .

Madera's Moses Contreras made a successful MMA debut, stopping Bakersfield's Alfonso Valles by tko. Contreras worked his ground and pound, landing some hard punches while controlling Valles with the knee on belly until the ref stepped in to stop the fight in round 2.

Fresno's Juanita Perez defeats Sarah Mathis by unanimous decision after three rounds of action.

Hanford's Seth Calderon defeats Luis Figueroa by tko, Calderon landed some hard shots from full mount that forced the ref to stop the fight in round 1.

Anthony Romero defeats James Albanez by tko, after raining down punches from to position until the ref stopped the fight at 1:24 in round 1. 

German Taboada defeats Rene Cortes by tko in round 1.
