While in the cage, the latest crop of 559 Fights talent put it on the line. 559 Fights 91 went down Friday October 21st, 2022 from the Visalia Convention Center. Fight fans packed the house as usual, and the 559 Fights team delivered again.
In the Main event Angelica Pimentel out of Del Ray California took on MacKenzi Berlin for the 559 Fights woman's strawweight title.
Following a back and forth first round, Berlin was pressuring to complete a takedown in round two. Pimental defending well, tried to slip on to Berlin's back looking for a rear naked choke. Berlin fought it off, but Pimental moved into a armbar where she wrenched it out forcing Berlin to eventually tap at 1:49 in round 2.
559 Fights Featherweight Title was on the line in the co-main event. Fresno's Martin Montez took on Visalia's Jonathan Vorhies. Montez took the fight to the ground, moved to full mount and rained down punches until the ref stopped the fight at 1:52 in round 1.
Joaquin Garcia was able to use his ground work throughout the fight versus a tough James Delsid in a match up for the vacant 559 Fights Middleweight title. Garcia used his wrestling to control all three rounds. Judges scored the fight a unanimous decision, making Joaquin Garcia the new 559 Fights middleweight champion.
Reality TV's Biniyam Shibre moved his amateur MMA record to 3-0 in impressive fashion. The 90 Day Fiancé star proved to many that he is taking his fighting career very seriously, taking out Bakersfield's Antony Sipe in round two by tko. Shibre was able to get the fight to the ground where he landed hard shots from full mount until the referee stopped the fight at :38 seconds in round 2.

Derian Perez defeats Quentin Armstrong by tko in round 1. Referee stopped the fight at 1:07 in round 1.
Isaac Johnson Jr defeats Darian Williams by tko, using ground and pound. Referee stopped the fights at 1:48 in round 3.
In the first Grappling Match of the night Isaac Perez defeats James Beckham by triangle choke.
Israel Smith defeats Braxton Stalnacker by submission with a rear naked choke that forced the tap at 1:30 in round 1.
Larry Zavala defeats Brandon Pulido by submission with a guillotine choke at :43 seconds in round 1.
