Reyes brings gold to Ochoa's Combat Academy, Lopez wins state title: 559 Fights 100 Results

559 Fights celebrated their 100th event Saturday September 16th, 2023 from the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, CA. Jeremy Luchau's 559 Fights continues to produce top level shows in the Central Valley, with no sign of slowing down in sight. The promotion does more then their part when it comes to growing MMA in the Valley. We here at Valley Fight News would like to congratulate and thank "The Project" Jeremy Luchau and 559 Fights for all the hard work, and for keeping MMA alive in the Central Valley.

The 559 Fights Bantamweight Championship was on the line in the main event as Dethrone's (3-1) Isaiah Munoz looked to defend his title versus (3-0) Gabriel Reyes out of Ochoa's Combat Academy. Reyes dominated the first round with his ground game taking the fight to the ground where he nearly locked in a rear naked choke. Reyes kept up with the game plan and took the fight to the ground again in round two where he took Munoz back. Reyes dropped down some heavy punches until the referee sees enough and stops the fight in round 2. Hanford's (4-0) Gabriel Reyes is your new 559 Fights Bantamweight Champion.

Robert Lopez vs Javier Torres, 559 Fights 100 - Rick V/Boxing Vitals
Robert Lopez stopped Javier Torres to become the new 559 Fights & CAMO State Flyweight Champion in the co main event. Lopez was able to secure a armbar that ended the fight at 1:36 in round 2 making him the new champion. Lopez was offered a pro contract from A1 Combat.

Francisco Hurtado defeats Alfonso Valles by tko after taking the fight to the canvas. Hurtado landed some hard punches from top position that had the referee stepping in to stop the fight at 1:14 in round 2.

Kyle Mask took on Kaleo Lagapa for the 559 Fights Light heavyweight title. Mask was able to get the fight to the ground here he locked up a rear naked choke that ended the fight at 2:03 in round 1.

Pedro Trujillo defeats Jeramy Titsworth by tko to win the 559 Fights Middleweight Championship. Trujillo landed some hard shots from top position that forced the ref to stop the fight at 1:12 in round 1.

Raul Valdovinos defeats Joshua Simpson by unanimous decision to win the 559 Fights Featherweight Championship. All three Judges scored the fight (29-28).

Julio Larrave defeats Matthew Martinez by submission with a rear naked choke that forced the tap at 1:21 in round 2.

Fabian Maldonado defeats Jose Estrada by unanimous decision Judges scored the bout (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)..

Abraham Del Toro defeats Derian Perez.

Adrian Reyes Sarmiento defeats Jonathan Diaz by unanimous decision.

Salvador Aceves defeats Logan Yoder by decision.

Marc Bibiano defeats Gabriel Rocha by submission with a rear naked choke that forced the tap in round 2.

Elijah Valdivia defeats Mariano Aldama by submission to become the new 559 Fights Lightweight Grappling Champion.
