Outside the Valley Spotlight: Oakdale's Buddy Wallace takes his talents to Bellator MMA

Oakdales (20-9-1)  Randall "Buddy" Wallace is set to make his promotional debut for Bellator MMA at Bellator 301. Friday November 17th, 2023 from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL.

Wallace is a Tachi Palace Fights veteran, a former A1 Combat champion, and heads to the "Windy City" to take on undefeated (11-0) Ramazan Kuramagomedov on the undercard of Bellator 301. Wallace trains out of the Last Stand Fight Team, and is on a four fight win streak. Last seeing action at LFA 165 in Santa Cruz, where he picked up a tko win in the first round.

Wallace's opponent, Ramazan Kuramagomedov out of Russia last seen action at Bellator 297. Where he also picked up a first round finish.

Wallace has made it clear by vacating regional titles, that he wants to compete on the big stage. He did get to compete at Dana White's Contender Series in 2017 where he fell short, and has been trying to get back to a UFC cage since then. For now Wallace will compete for Bellator. which is considered a top promotion, if not the second biggest stage to compete on in MMA.

Wallace vs Kuramagomedov will stream live for free on Bellator's YouTube channel beginning at 2pm PT. The main card is headlined by two title fights and can be seen live on Showtime starting at 6pm PT.
