Lemoore's Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino new home for A1 Combat Starting Feb, 3rd 2023!

Professional MMA is coming home to the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino in Lemoore, Ca. Urijah Faber's A1 Combat announced through their social media that "The California Kid" will bring his promotion to familiar grounds starting early next year. The Yokut Event Center at the Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino will host the first of many A1 Combat events, starting Friday February 3rd, 2023.

Urijah mentioned what it meant to be back at Tachi Palace on his promotion's social media page posting, “It’s really cool to be back at Tachi Palace” Faber explained, “This is the place I won my first WEC title against Cole “The Apache Kid” Escovedo.  A place that helped usher in the careers of legends like Chad Mendes and Joseph Benavides amongst others.  A place where I built lifelong friendships with the tribe and its own champions like Poppies “The Tachi Kid” Martinez." 

As Faber mentioned, the Tachi Palace has been home to some of the best promotors, promotions, and fights in the industry. Including the WEC and all of its history.  The Palace Fighting Championship, which kept the ball rolling for the Valley MMA scene. Then Tachi Palace Fights, who helped shape the men's flyweight division for the UFC. Urijah is familiar with what the crowds in Lemoore like to see. This should be the perfect fit for what the Valley has been missing for years at the Tachi Palace.
