559 Fights has teamed up with A1 Combat in a collaboration to continue to put on great events here in the Central Valley.

If you've ever been to a 559 Fights event you wouldn't know it is a amateur MMA promotion. From the production to the level of fights, 559 Fights gives you a MMA experience that feels familiar with "The Project"s  of the Central Valley's MMA past. Mixed in with a bright view of Central California's MMA future. The promotion has been around for a long time and is on the road to its historic 100th event later this year.

Urijah Faber's A1 Combat is a professional promotion that is featured on UFC Fight Pass and has quickly made a name for themselves, with sell out shows from Sacramento to LA. A1 Combat recently sold out the Tachi Palace Resort & Casino in Lemoore at A1 Combat 8 where Central Valley MMA fans celebrated the return of MMA to Tachi Palace in a special way. 

559 Fights president Jeremy Luchau announced on his social media that his promotion has teamed up to collaborate with fast rising A1 Combat. 

“When a group of likeminded people get together, sometimes extraordinary things can happen. This endeavor is going to be huge for athletes, coaches and managers in the Central Valley. More opportunities, bigger opportunities and some of the best exposure possible.” said Luchau.

Now that 559 Fights and A1 Combat are working together, You will see more of a presence from each promotion at each others events. Moving forward A1 Combat will be on hand at 559 Fights events, looking to sign some of the best amateur fighters looking to go pro. They will be awarding professional fight contracts to fighters that stand out and look ready for the next level.
