The two were scheduled to fight earlier this year in Fresno. The fight was put on hold after Torrez suffered a torn oblique during training. The fight goes down Saturday August 12th 2023 from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
Torrez is currently undefeated at 5-0 and recorded a highlight knockout in his last fight, dropping James Bryant with a vicious uppercut that made its rounds in the sports world highlights.
