Halo's Anthony Romero steps in to take on Cornejo for CAMO State & 559 Fights title's at 559 Fights 106

Third time is a charm as they say when trying something more then once. Former CAMO State featherweight champion Ramon Cornejo has been waiting patiently for a opponent for his next bout at 559 Fights 106 on July 12th in Visalia. 

The spot has been filled twice by a few fighters out of the Central Valley area, and for one reason or the other. They decided not to book that trip after all. With both of Cornejo's original opponents out of the scheduled CAMO State and 559 Fights Featherweight title fight. In steps Reedley California's Anthony Romero out of Halo Jiu Jitsu in Fresno. Romero is currently 4-1 as a amateur and undefeated inside the 559 Fights cage. Romero comes in fresh off a win where he captured another amateur title in the Central Valley, In early June. 

Tracy's (8-2) Ramon Cornejo now takes on (4-1) Anthony Romero for the CAMO State & 559 Fights Featherweight titles in the co main event of 559 Fights 106.
