Coming up on a milestone 200th event, The LFA was formed in 2017 when the Legacy Fighting Championship and Resurrection Fighting Alliance merged into one promotion naming it the Legacy Fighting Alliance. The LFA would be one of the last MMA promotions to make a name for themselves on AXS TV. Which was formerly known as HDNet and supplied regional MMA events, including the WEC a platform to air live events before the UFC and UFC Fight Pass came along.
The LFA made their debut in the Central Valley back in 2018
at LFA 51 which was headlined by “The Renegade” Cody Gibson at the Selland
Arena in Fresno. The promotion returned to our area in 2021 with LFA 117 from
the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, Ca.
Many of the Valley’s favorites have competed for the LFA in
the past and the Central Valley fans can’t count on it being the same this time
around if not even better, with the lineup that is being planned by LFA and
their team.
LFA 199 goes down Friday January
10th, 2025, from the Tachi Palace Casino Resort. More info on the fight card
and tickets coming soon.
